Center for Latin American and Latinx Studies The Department of History and the Latin American and Latino Studies Program are delighted to welcome Professor Amy C. Offner. Professor Offner joins Penn after completing her PhD at Columbia University. Her research focuses on Cold War anti-poverty programs, social conflict, and economic thought in the United States and Colombia. She will be teaching courses related to the history of capitalism and political economy, empire and foreign relations, and social and intellectual history. Welcome Professor Offner!
