Natalia Quiceno Toro: Professor and Researcher with the Culture, Violence and Territory Group of the Institute of Regional Studies at Antioquia University in Medellin. 

Alexander Rodriguez Mena: Lawyer and member of the Commission of Community Guardians of the Atrato River in the state of Choco.
