Center for Latin American and Latinx Studies TECLA, or Taller de Eventos Contemporáneos de América Latina, are current event workshops that explore the political, social, cultural, or economic juncture of Latin America. Experts from the University of Pennsylvania and across Latin America will convene to discuss and analyze some of the most pressing events in the region.
