Eduardo Saad Diniz is the Professor of Criminology and Criminal Law at the University of São Paolo in the Ribeirão Law School and Program for Latin American Integration. His research interests include criminal law and corporate corruption, and he has published in these and other areas. He previously was a visiting scholar at the Wharton School researching corporate victimology. He has also been involved with the Human Rights and Global Justice Project – University of the Montreal, Canada; served as Coordinator of the Yale-USP Food Law Clinic; received and the CNPQ Productivity Scholarship since 2017; and completed his PhD at the University of São Paulo- São Paulo Law School.
